Man-Up Seminar Recap
101 Black Men of SCSU Society recently hosted their annual Man-Up Seminar. The event had a great turn out, with over 50 freshmen in attendance. The discussion panel for this event consisted of active members of the organization, members of the organization's Executive Board, the former president of the organization , D'metrius Dew, the current president of 101 Black Men, Kyreeq Fox, and affiliated members of the organization. They spoke with the students about subjects like time management, choosing your friends, and camps involvement. Overall the event turned out great and allowed freshmen to be enlightened and gather information from the brothers of the organization that will ultimately help them become better leaders in the community, enlighten other black males of the community, and carry themselves in a better manner around campus.
